Have you played as one of our Beta players? There are some points that you have to pay attention.

 

 

In the case your game is stuck in this screen and doesn't go further than that, this issue most likely caused by our Beta Server system.

Once you become a Beta player, you will be playing in a server being under development. That means the items, materials and most of the content will be different than the global version.

 

Since your account will contain a different content than the global version, your account will not be functional in global version due to differences. This is the reason if you face with such issue once you leave the Beta Server.

 

However, you might rejoin and keep playing in Beta Server without having this issue.
