When you are disconnected from our internal network system due to an unstable internet connection (e.g. high ping, constant connection losses, etc.) you will not be able to see and keep track of your friend's status. While they appear to you offline, you will also appear offline to them and will not be able to receive any requests or lobby invitations.

When we release a new update, it takes some time for it to be accesible for all platforms due to development process. As a result for that, you will not be able to see your friends online and receive any request or invitation unless they are in the same game/ network version with you. When you or your friend updates his or her game to the same version, problem will be resolved.

If you have signed up to become a Beta Player, your game will be updated when we release a new version on our Beta Server. As a result of that, your game/ network version will change and you will not be able to see your friends online and receive any request or invitation.

 

However, when the game is launched into a global version and your friends update their game, your problem will be resolved.
