If you see that you started all over again with a level 1 account, don’t worry, there are two options to recover your account as long as you do the following steps:
- If you had logged in to Facebook previously, you can use the Facebook login option to recover your account. In the case you don’t know how to log in to Facebook over your new game account, check this article to learn more about Facebook logins.
- If you don’t have a Facebook account or you haven’t logged in previously, please provide the following information to us over our contact information so that we can help you:
a. Your NEW username or user ID (the account you see in your device currently).
If your account name is a default one like “Player-…”, we kindly ask you to change this name for us.

b. Your OLD username or user ID (the account you wish to recover).
