If you see a message pop up saying that "INTERNET ERROR" and getting kicked out of a match, you have come to the right place.
You only see this error message when your connection is unstable. You might be suffering from packet loss, jitter or ping spikes right at the time that you are getting this warning pop up.
If you are going through a ping spike, you will see a yellow icon popping on your screen. You will have some time for systems to re-check your connection for a stability, however, if your connection stays unstable, your icon will turn into red and you will lose your connection with the match you are playing.
If your game is dropped without giving you a warning with yellow or red icons and you get "INTERNET ERROR" message immediately, that means you are going through momentarily internet loss.
There are a couple of steps that you can apply for when you get this error message.
- Use Wi-Fi when available but remember, if you are using a public or free Wi-Fi, you will suffer from low bandwidth and this could make things even worse for you,
- Try switching between your mobile data to Wi-Fi when you get this error message or vice versa to check whether your problem has been solved,
- Make sure that you are getting a strong signal and getting corrent mobile communication standard while you are using mobile data (e.g. 4G, 4.5G, LTE etc.),
- Close all other applications running background and double check to make sure that they are actually closed.
- Restart your mobile device regularly to fix or prevent common IP or DNS issues. It is recommended to restart your device every 3 days.
